The number one question I am asked during tastings is how I consume my CHIA. Do I drink it all at once? Diluted? In something? On something? In all honesty, I do tend to guzzle a bottle of CHIA in one sitting. Whether it be as a mid-afternoon snack, during a long drive or pre, during or post a workout, knocking back a bottle remains my favourite way to get a CHIA hit.
